Places to Visit in Hatyai Day 1 : Travel Buddy

Here Travel Buddy session prepares a 3 Days 2 Night travel to Hatyai, Songkhla, Thailand from Kuala Lumpur. (This session will be in Malay as many Malaysian and Singaporeans will visit Hatyai.) If you need English version, please leave a comment below.

Hari Pertama

Untuk menjimatkan kos, Miss I team tidak mengambil apa-apa flight untuk ke Hatyai. Boleh naik bus atau keretapi. Perjalanan menggunakan bas dari Kuala Lumpur ke Hatyai mengambil masa sekitar 8 jam tetapi disebabkan bas, imigresen dan faktor lain, boleh jadi 10 jam. Perjalanan kami menyeronokkan sebab kami ambil bas malam dan tidur je. Then, bangun fresh-fresh di Hatyai.

Jika naik bas, tak perlu risau kerana segala urusan seperti kad putih, imigresen dan tempat ketibaan akan disediakan oleh pihak bas. Cuma pilihlah bas yang sesuai. Antara ekspress ke Hatyai ialah Sri Maju, Alisan, Konsortium, CTTS Holidays dan Trans MVS (tak digalakkan). Bas kami agak okay tapi kami takkan dedahkan nama sebab kami tak ditaja pun untuk membuat promosi. Harga bas lebih kurang sehala RM120.00 dua orang.

Tempat pertama dari KL, anda akan sampai di Bukit Batu Hitam, Kedah. Dekat sini, pemandu bas akan punggut passport anda dan kedai di situ akan sediakan kad putih. Dekat situ juga boleh beli simkard AIS Thailand. Data percuma untuk seminggu hanya RM15 sahaja. Akan berguna di Thailand. Ada kedai tanpai cukai disana tapi Miss I tengok ada jual arak je. So tak perlulah beli yea.

Selepas tu imigresen pertama ialah Malaysia dan kemudian Thailand di Sadao. Tak ketat sangat pemeriksaan, beg pun tak di check. Sampai je Sadao, bas Malaysia tak boleh masuk so naiklah van ke Hatyai. Van pun dah termasuk dalam bayaran bas tadi. Tak perlu bayar extra.  Then dia akan hantar terus ke Chee Uthitt Road. Depend pada jenis syarikat bas ah. Lepas tu hiduplah sendiri.

Chokdee Dim Sum

Lokasi pertama yang kami pergi ialah Chokdee Dim Sum. Kami naik Tuk Tuk. Tuk Tuk disini agaklah mahal dan perlu bermain harga. Kalau kaya tak de masalah. Bayar je. Kami ditipu oleh Tuk Tuk kerana minta 80 bath  (RM10.15) ke kedai sebelah lorong je. Kalau nak ke Chokdee Dim Sum dari Chee Uthit, jalan kaki je lah. Sebab tu minta beli simkard, pakai Waze je la, jalan kaki pergi.

Last, last, kurang-kurang dapatlah 50 bath. (RM6.34). Kedai ini sangat penuh dengan orang. Kena beratur untuk makan dim sum. Last-last kami tak makan pun, makan nasi ayam je di sebelah kedai ini sebab lapar. Kalau lapar jangan pergi tapi Miss I rasa kena cuba sebab ramai orang.

Samila Beach

Lepas Chokdee, kami terus ke hotel. Hotel kami pun selesa tapi tidak akan dinyatakan sebab tak ditaja. Pakailah Trivago atau Booking.Com untuk hotel di bandar sekitar Hatyai. Jangan cari kat hujung-hujung, susah nak jalan nanti. Hotel kami dua orang untuk dua hari lebih kurang 1500 bath. (RM190.00). 

Okay, dari hotel ke Samila Beach mengambil masa dekat selama sejam dan dicas 1300 bath pergi balik. (mahal tu).  Tapi agaklah jauh mungkin ada transport lain seperti motorbike taxi, bas (tak pasti). Tak nampak pun bas. 

Samila beach wajib pergi sebab pantai dia memang cantik dan boleh picnic di situ. Jadi bawalah tikar sendiri ataupun dijual disana dengan harga 120 bath.Boleh naik kuda dengan harga 150 bath. Dekat sini banyak gerai nak shopping, murah ke mahal tak pasti sebab dekat Thai semuanya mahal macam kat Malaysia. Dahlah mata ringgit jatuh so tak perlu perasaan kaya di sana. Boleh mandi pantai dan berselfie dengan Patung Duyung (Trademark Songkhla) dan terdapat Patung Kucing dengan Tikus. Terdapat mitos bahawa Kucing dengan Anjing ditukarkan menjadi pulau. Boleh tengok dua pulau ini dari jauh. Tetapi kenapa ada patung Kucing dengan Tikus (Agak confusing) layan je la.

Kemudian, dekat Samila beach tersendiri ada banyak tempat-tempat yang menarik seperti Tang Kuan Hill, Khao Tang Kuan and National Musuem. Kami pergi ke Tang Kuan Hill (agak menarik). Jalan kaki je jangan naik Tuk Tuk sebab dekat je. Guna social skill anda dan tanya orang sekeliling, mereka akan tunjuk jalan ke Tang Kuan Hill.

Tang Kuan Hill, Samila Beach

Agak menarik sebab boleh melihat pemandangan pantai yang cantik dari puncak Tang Kuan. Kena naik lif dengan harga 60 bath je seorang. Terdapat patung buddha, tok sami dan tempat gantung mangga untuk couple. Tengok gambar.

                                            

Cham Puak Elephant Camp

Kecil je camp ni dan entry free. Banyak aktiviti disediakan tapi semuanya duit. Kan dah kata Thai mahal. Antaranya aktivitinya ialah, naik gajah (Janganlah naik, kesian tengok gajah tu ambil dekat ratus-ratus pelawat sehari. Miss I tak naik pun. Feed gajah dengan pisang 100 bath sebakul, archery 150 bath, elephant show, crocodile show dengan game funfair dan akhir sekali naik ATV.

Wat

Lepas tu on the way, Kami singgah di satu tokong. Apa entah nama, google yea. Tokong ini pun wajib pergi sebab ada patung sami besar dengan patung ular tedung. Orang beragama Hindu boleh melihat patung Shiva, Ganesh dan sebagainya. Tokong ini untuk beragama Hindu dan Buddha. Tourist pun boleh lawat cuma ikutlah peraturan dia. Lihat gambar...best.

Kim Jong Hyun was found dead !

Lead singer of the teen kpop Shinee group was found dead in his apartment. Police officials reported that Kim Jong Hyun, 27 was found unconscious in his apartment and passed away in the hospital on 18th December 2017 around 6.30pm.

Jong Hyun's sister launched a police report after Jong Hyun left a suicidal message stating that:

   “It’s been really hard for me until now.               Please let me go,and tell me I’ve worked hard, last good bye.”

Police arrived at Kim’s apartment after receiving an emergency call from his sister, according to South Korean media. The singer was taken to a nearby hospital and was later pronounced dead, police said.

The case was handled as a suicidal case because it was suspected that Jong Hyun committed suicide by burning coal briquette a type of carbon monoxide that can kill if someone inhale it.

Kim Jonghyun was the main vocalist of Shinee and the group released their debut album in 2008 and most of their songs hit the Japanese market. All of their Korean albums except their debut have topped the charts in their home country. Shinee is a really famous group and Jong Hyun also recently debuted as a solo artist.

Jong Hyun is a great lost for Kpop Industry and Miss I wishes deepest condolences to Jong Hyun's family, we have lost a great entertainer and a real hero.

Kodiveeran Review : Moview

This movie was directed by M.Muthaiya and few actors such as M.Sasikumar, Mahima Nambiar, Sanusha and Bala Saravana played a role in this movie.

Plot

Another typical Tamil movie with village setting and hero fights the evil. That's it! No any new story, Sasikumar as a brother tried to protect his sister's husband, Vidharth from a well known villain, Pasupathy.

Criticism

Tamil movie loses its reputation because of over whelming hero praising. Few metaphors like describing the hero as a God is too much. This is a frequent scenario in Tamil cinema which the Indian government should focus on. Describing a normal human being as a God is disgusting. Even the villain described himself as a God of the Death. It's like there is no other metaphors or hyperbole.

Characters

Sasikumar

M. Sasikumar is a well known for his comedian role. In this film, he is still involved in some comedy scene but not that much. He played most role as a good brother. His funny romance is also quite okay. No problem with his acting as he can really act.

Sanusha

Might be new to Tamil industry but she can really bring the sister character. Her role is not that challenging and she can bring it well. Her character is just as as an ordinary sister.

Pasupathy

Not something new for him to be a villain. He can bring the role well as its all about threatening and fighting.

Violence

Too much killing scene. They showed the villain killed 7 people but actually the hero killed more people than the villan. So what's the difference. Towards the end, the hero killed many assistance of villain using knife and spared the main villain. Those days, one hero will beat villains but now hero killed more villains. That's why in Malaysia its labeled 18+ and  not suitable for kids.

Overall

Not worth to watch in cinema. A typical Tamil with an ordinary plot. Nothing much, many violence, no message and a revenge. As there nothing much difference, this movie just received                    5/10 Miss I points.

Penyataan Izreen Azminda Tak Boleh Belah!

"Hanya menumpang kasih, bukan perampas!"  itulah kata pelakon yang dilabel sebagai perampas suami oleh netizen, Izreen Azminda. Walaupun pelbagai caci dan maki yang dilemparkan oleh netizen, Izreen berani keluarkan 'statement' seperti berikut.

Tambahan pula, dia kata dia tidak kejam untuk merampas suami orang walaupun dia telah melakukan perbuatan tersebut. Menurut sumber dari Berita Harian, isteri pertama Muhd Radzi Abdul Wahid (Ude) berkata beliau sudi bermadu dengan Izreen walaupun terkejut mendengar berita tersebut. Isterinya hanya mengetahui tentang pernikahan ini pada 10 November 2017 selepas ia sudah berlangsung dua bulan yang lalu.

Izreen dengan sekali lafaz menjadi isteri Ude pada 8 Ogos 2017  di Damansara, Petaling Jaya berwalikan bapanya, Moh Aznam Mohd Noor.

Walaupun takdir dan pelbagai alasan diberikan oleh Izreen, netizen tetap tidak dapat menerima kejadian ini kerana ia berlaku tanpa pengetahuan isteri pertama. Berikut ialah salah satu cemuhan yang diambil dari facebook.

Taeyeon Involved in a Car Accident! : K-TALK

GANGNAM:  On 28th November around 8.00 pm, Taeyeon Girl's Generation suffered a car accident. A witness stated that Taeyeon's Mercedes Benz hit a taxi and due to the strong hit, the taxi crushed an Audi car in front of it.

Taeyeon had a chest pain and was brought into the nearby hospital with an ambulance. Both Audi and taxi drivers were brought into the hospital as well.

The police are currently investigating the taxi driver and witnesses of the car accident. Taeyeon is getting well and the fans are required not to be panic.

Siwon's Dog Killed a Woman

Choi Si Won's family pet, Bugsy bite a woman and lead her to death. Bugsy is a French bulldog was not on leash attacked a 53 old local businesswoman.

The businesswoman identified as Kim passed away on 6 October because of sepsis. Si won apologized for this issue but a simple sorry will not solve this huge mistake. Netizens are forcing Si Won to drop out from his new drama “Revolutionary Love” .Some even commented 'drop Si Won or stop filming the drama.' The decision was not made yet.

The issue will be resolved as the victim's family agreed to forgive Si Won and not to take any legal action. Yet, the netizens were disappointed because Choi's family did not take care of their dog.

Mersal Review (Moview)

Mersal 2017 directed by Atlee Kumar is a movie with a good message on medical field and Tamil culture.

Messages

Highlight of this movie is the underlined messages. The opening scene begins with Illyalatalabathi Vijay was suspected because he was wearing an Indian traditional attire at the airport. The western police stopped Vijay from traveling but after they knew he is a great doctor, they salute Vijay and regret. Vijay said that if the problem is in his attire, he is not going to change. It is a great message to preserve our culture.

The main message is on medical field. Many corruption in India's medical field is highlighted. Sadly, the issues are really happening in certain countries. Medical from social service became a business. Few issues are highlighted and its actually unbelievable and quite heart touching. The message is everyone should be treated equally and gain equal treatment.

Recently, many are talking about the need of a Hindu temple without realizing that Hindu temple is the symbol of culture and it can actually form a proper individu with vedic knowledge and talent. Vijay fights for Hindu temple over a factory. At the end, he built a hospital in the temple as there is a need for it. Yet, the temple was installed in the hospital and he symbolises the hospital's building as a temple and doctors as Gods. The message is if there is no temple, Hindus will lose their culture, dignity and even great vedic knowledge.

Cast

Many topstars were shown in this movie such as Samantha, Surya Sj, Sathyaraj, Kajal Agrawal, Nithya Menon, Vadivelu and etc. Unfortunately, not everyone gained chances to outshine as there is no much role given to each character. Vijay dominated the whole plot as he is playing 3 vital roles. The topstar made a great impression by playing role as a humble doctor, haughty magician and lovely familyman. Nithya menon grabbed the audience's attention by acting as a housewife in a great way. Surya Sj is not a favorite hero but he proved he can be a great villain. As usual, Samantha's joke made a lasting impression. Other roles didn't impact much.

Songs

There are two songs that are quite nice such as Alaporan Tamilan and Mersal Arasan

Plot

Not a boring a plot and has relevant sequencing. Should be watched in the theatre. Excellent movie with 8/10 moview stars. Vijay's fan enjoy it and please learn something from the given messages.

Have you heard about master trainers, observer and Cambridge? If you heard about these terms, that means you are aware that today, Primary School Standard Curriculum (KSSR) has been aligned with Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

Many complaints occurred stating that why we need to follow or depend on Westerners to teach English in Malaysia. Actually there are good reasons why we need CEFR.

Reasons:

1.    CEFR is accepted universally and many countries have been implementing it. The ‘A’ that you scored in SPM, PMR or UPSR does not  determine that you are fluent in English by other countries so we need to use CEFR assessment in order to be accepted or recognized in an international level.

2.     Our textbooks are so difficult. Even though English is a second language for Malaysian, the textbook for Year 1 was considered difficult for the kids as the words used are very high for their level. Therefore, we need CEFR to simplify and teach Year 1. We must make sure Year 1 works towards A1.

What you need to know:

1. Grammar is not a major skill for Year 1 and 2 as it was integrated.

2. Phonics need to be taught for only 4 weeks at the beginning of the year but if your pupils cannot master it; you have to teach it throughout the year.

3. Teacher’s guide book with scheme of work, sample lessons and content standards will be published on LBI soon.

4. Listening and speaking skills have been separated.

5. Learning objective will be based on learning standards.

6. CEFR will be introduced in preschool, primary school and secondary school.

7. By the end of Year 6, pupils should reach A2 mid.

8. CEFR is not a new curriculum but it was aligned with KSSR.

9. PBS and LINUS still exist.

10. New assessment will be introduced on 2022.

11. Supermind will be the major reference and textbooks are just supplementary.

12. Year 1 and Year 2 will be using the same Supermind book. Year 1 will cover until topic 4 and Year 2 will cover topic 5 and so on.

Goblin or Guardian: The Lonely and the Great God is an amazing Korean Drama that gains 92% from Asian Wiki and 9.6 from Viki. This drama also deserves 9.2 Miss I stars. Actually, there are certain hidden facts or details that made this drama successful. Let’s have a look at the analysis.

No. 1- Artistic Sceneries.

The first scene when the Goblin meets his bride. Can you imagine how beautiful the scene is when both of them are standing together while there is a beautiful sea wave background. That was awesome!

At Canada, the maple leaves are falling and the main character collected the leaf and laminate it. At the same time, Goo Yoo also said a romantic word.

“My Heart keeps bouncing between the sky and ground. It was my first love.”

The scene is totally romantic because of a wonderful view of Canada.

No. 2- Goo Yoo

No one will deny this handsome guy. After acted Train to Busan, everyone agreed that he is totally a mid aged handsome uncle. In this drama, he is totally romantic with narcissistic prince character. He is a good husband, brother and uncle. Who will say no for a perfect uncle? He is totally suitable for this drama and people are watching it because of him.

No.3 -Cute Heroine

Fans stated that Kim Go Eun is ugly and not suitable for this drama. Yes, Miss I also agree that she is not that beautiful. Yet, we believe that she is most suitable actress for this drama. This is because she has the childish look and she is totally cute especially during the jumping scene at the street.

No.4- Ost

Not only a superb drama but it also gives the best music. All the OST in this drama is super hit. Miss I’s favourite will be Stay with Me. There are other best songs such as First Snow, Beautiful, Heaven and etc.

No.5- Remarkable Supporting Actors

Lee Dong Wook is a well known handsome actor. We already knew his talent through his dramas, Scent of a Woman and Hotel King. It is not a surprise, he can bring the role of Grim Reaper well. Most highlighted acting was done by Yoon In Na as Kim Sun. She can be considered uprising actress but she really acted well in this drama. Her characters is too adorable that made a lot of fans. Yook Sungjae also didn’t lose to anyone. He brought his role well. Thumbs up for his cute acting.
