Resipi / Recipe Caramel Dessert : Learn I

Caramel Dessert dalam 10 langkah.


Bahan/ Ingredients

1. Gula Merah lembut/ Brown sugar

2. 7 Telur / eggs

3. Air / Water

4. Perisa Vanilla / Vanilla essence

5.  Krimer / evaporated creamer

6. Krimer manis / swetened creamer


Langkah-langkah / Steps

1. Masukkan gula merah, air dan gaulkan
    Add brown sugar, water and mix it well

2. Tunggu sehingga gula cair.
    Let the sugar melt

3. Selepas cair biarkan gula itu sejuk.
    put the sugar aside and let it cold.

4. Kisarkan telur dan perisa vanilla
    Blend eggs and vanilla essence together

5. Gaulkan pengisaran tadi dengan satu tin krimer dan separuh krimer manis.
    Add evaporated and swetened creamer with the blended mixture.

6. Tambah  air separuh cawan.
    Add half cup of water to the mixture

7. Masukkan gula tadi dalam bekas kecil.
    Pour the melted sugar in a small tupperware

8. Tuangkan gaulan tadi dalam bekas tersebut dan tutup ia dengan aluminium foil.
    Pour mixture on it

9. Steamkan untuk 45 minit.
    Steam it for 45 minutes

10. Siap!
      Done!
