Nothing new. Sivakarthikeyan already higlighted Tamil Movie with sports' movie through Ethir Neechal and recently with Kanna. Bigil is totally photocopy of the movie Kanna. Simple; highlighting women empowerment and sports. I dont understand why Atlee cannot move on with rowdyism, Christianity and fighting scene.
Actors
No need to talk about Vijay's acting but the dual characters are bot suitable for Vijay. He can't act as an old man. Nayanthara has no important role, wasted to hire such top actress. Yogi Babu is funny but very short scene. One of the football player (the fat girl) is much more funnier. Villains are not scary at all.
Overall
This movie can be watched in theater because it is not boring. The plot is well organized but there is no originality in the stories. It was not creative and Miss I dont think this movie can win main awards. They just invest on top actors to make it hit! Yet, it deserves 7.7 Moview Stars.
