Pelaksanaan Kelas Pertama di Sekolah

Okay banyak persoalan yang ditanyakan oleh guru novis...apa yang perlu dilakukan dalam pengajaran kelas pertama supaya sepanjang tahun berjalan dengan lancar.

Amat mudah jika mengikut tips nie:

1. Expectation

Tak perlu tunjuk muka garang/masam dan pada masa yang sama jangan senyum lebar sangat. Beritahu secara clear bahawa ketika pengajaran mesti serius dan waktu main boleh bermain. Flexibility.

2. Tulisan

Nyatakan secara jelas bahawa setiap kerja perlu mempunyai hari di sebelah kiri dan tarikh di sebelah kanan dan tajuk di tengah. Tak perlu diulangi untuk setiap kelas. Tulisan mesti kemas dan pensel 2b sahaja dibenarkan, no pensel picit.

3. Index

Pastikan murid tulis index di setiap muka depan yang merangkumi tarikh, tajuk dan remarks. Ini untuk track mereka siap kerja rumah atau tidak.

4. Kebersihan

Nyatakan dengan jelas bahawa sebelum cikgu masuk kelas sudah kemas, bersih dan bahan-bahan yang diperlukan mesti ada di meja.

5. Salam

Okay nie kes besar, banyak murid yang tidak ucap atau memberi salam apabila cikgu masuk ke kelas. Waktu tulah sibuk minum air, amik buku dan sebagainya. Anda harus memberi garis panduan cara mengucap. Adakah ketua kelas akan lead atau seluruh kelas sekali terus ucap. Displinkan mereka dari awal, ada yang akan ucap sambil nyanyi baiki semuanya.

6. Tempat Simpan Buku

Ini kes besar beg berat. Untuk elak sediakan ruang untuk simpan buku mpelajaran u, tunjukkan dan nyatakan buku teks harus disimpan kecuali ada latihan tambahan.

7. Peraturan Kelas

Peraturan mesti jelas dan guru mesti clear hari pertama kerana murid harus ikut style u sampai akhir tahun. Kalau tidak mereka konfius dan anda akan alami stress. Tak guna jerit kemudian. Kalau ada reward system nytakan sekali.

Seluruh Malaysia kini sibuk dengan nama sebenar Nur Sajat yang dikatakan memiliki nama lelaki tetapi dinafikan oleh Nur Sajat bahawa itu bukan nama sebenar beliau.

Apakah begitu penting bahawa Sajat itu lelaki atau perempuan? Ini yang dikatakan mentaliti kelas kedua yang menyebabkan Malaysia tidak maju! Kita sibuk menjaga tepi kain orang dan lupa bahawa kita sedang melakukan diskriminasi atau buli terhadap individu yang kita kecam.

BTS gain Grammy Awards Nomination - K-TALK

BTS is a well known KPOP boys and last year they won Miss I Korean Entertainment Awards (MIKEA) and they were nominated for this year as well. Interestingly, they will be the first Korean to be nominated in Grammy Awards this year.

For those who are not aware about Grammy Awards, it is a prestige recording or music award and last year there were 29 million viewers watching this award. The latest grand winner will be Bruno Mars. Most of the time the westerners will dominate this award but it is once in a blue moon to nominate Korean group like BTS.

So, good luck and congrats  BTS for nomination. At the same time, BTS have been nominated for MIKEA 2018 Daesang Award. Scroll our previous posts for more info and get ready to vote.

Okay, Teacher's Help corner memang popular di Miss I blog dan banyak sekolah menghadap masalah dalam pelaksanaan DLP kerana masih ada yang kurang jelas. Jadi Miss I akan membantu dengan memberi sedikit penjelasan tentang DLP. Bahasa agak ringkas yea.

Thimiru Pudichavan Review - Moview

Ok, Let's make it short. Thimiru Pudichavan acted by Vijay Anthony. All of us believe that Vijay Anthony always acts in film that has ironical stories and not so ordinary. This time it happens again.. Let's look at the review

Synopsis

This movie is about a big rowdy gathered underage students to do crimes. Vijay's brother was involve as well. So Vijay shot death his own brother and took revenge against the rowdy's leader to save the other teenagers. 

Interesting part

Nothing much interesting, fighting scene is there. Just a little bit interesting when the hero tries to defame the rowdy. At the same time, there is a 'shemale police'. A recognition for shemale is there.

Characters and Songs

Vijay anthony acted in his own style. There is one actress, Nevitha Pethuraj. She did well as a policewoman which suits her. She has a bright future as she is beautiful and solid. There are few short songs that don't leave much impact.

Overall

You can watch this movie. Watching in theater is too much for this movie, maybe. This movie deserves Moview 6 /10 stars.

NOTA TAMIL VS SARKAR REVIEW : MOVIEW

Most of Tamil film fans have heard about Sarkar but not Nota. Nota is a Tamil movie based on politics as well and acted by handsome looking hero, Vijay Deverakonda. Miss I is comparing both movies because these movies have the same vision; on how the hero becomes a Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.

ON BECOMING THE CHIEF MINISTER

Sarkar gained criticism that politic in Sarkar is only can be done in movies and almost impossible in reality. Yet, Miss I has the opinion the way of encouraging new contestant without party are possible for MP posts. There is a little bit logic but just the Fb method is totally questionable because how is it possible to attract rural citizens to vote in Tamil Nadu using FB. Sadly, Nota is worst because you can become a Chief Minister just because your father is a Chief Minister! You don’t have to elect in any election. Is it possible in India law? Stupidity!

MESSAGE

Even though, many people claim that Sarkar is a political weapon to destroy the current ruling party but the message is quite clear, to encourage voting. On the other hand, Nota’s message is quite blur. We don’t understand what are they trying to do. Are they encouraging rowdy CM? Suddenly, there is a flashback story of Sathyaraj and Nassar, which are not important at all. The only thing that we understand after using magnifying glass is you cannot be in power forever.

ETHICS

As far as we know, Vijay is a decent actor and he tries to convey a message. Yet, Nota has a kissing scene of the hero with a foreigner which is totally disgusting. Anand Shankar should know how to release a movie with talent and not nonsense. The scene is not even necessary for this movie and there is a disco song in the beginning which is good enough to destroy beautiful Tamil and Hindu culture. Vijay Deverakonda need to avoid such movies in order to be an amazing actor.

HEROISM

Vijay is a mass hero, he acted well and he sent the message excellently. But, the fighting scenes and dance are failure. Vijay Deverakonda has a hidden talent but this movie failed him.

LADIES

Keerty Suresh cast is totally useless for Sarkar while Varalaxmi’s role is quite suitable for her and her simplicity makes it perfect. Nota has three totally useless characters such as Mehrene Kaur and Yashika Anand.

PLOT

Sarkar completes the plot cycle, it has the beginning, ghost voter. Uprising, election and resolution where Tamil Nadu is safe while the ending in Nota is still questionable.

OVERALL

Both movies look similar, one is little bit successful, thanks to Vijay, Sarkar deserves 6.7 Moview Star while Nota which is totally failure deserves 3.2 Moview Star.

Kolamavu Kokila Review : Moview:

Tamil industry is facing a great reformation in this 21st century...no more love and fighting scene. Kolamavu Kokila is part of the changes. 

Plot

This movie highlighted how the poor family struggled to face hurdles in life especially to save the loved ones. Finally, ended up in crime and escaped brilliantly from the danger. The interesting part is the whole family involved in this. 

Characters

Nayanthara is a great actress, therefore this role does not highlight her much but Yogi Babu made our day wonderful. His jokes are too fresh and spontaneous and the song Kalyana Vayasu is really funny and made us watch it again and again. Other casts such as Saranyea, Rajendran, Charles Vinodh and etc. made the movie interesting.

Criticism

We just hope that through Tamil movies, India will be shown beautifully. The image of drug addicts, poverty, crime, dirty housing area, corrupted police and etc still exist throughout the movie. Otherwise it is a wonderful movie. Feminism is highlighted as well, women find it difficult to live in this world...hmmmm

This movie desrves 8/10 Moview Stars...Excellent movie for Tamil Industry...Congrats

Crazy Rich Asians review : Moview

 Crazy Rich Asians enlisted top Asian actors such as Constance Wu, Henry Golding, Michelle Yeoh, Awkwafina, Ken Jeong and etc. This story is more into novel story, where there are symbols, messages, morals and so on. It’s more like a Joy Luck Club’s story but Joy Luck Club is much more better. There is romance and comedy. The best comedy was done by Awkwafina as the main character’s best friend.

  Looking at the story, even though there are no adventure or horror elements, it is still not boring. The plot develops well and we have no time to yawn. First, if you like rich fantasies, this movie is the best as they show huge bungalows, crazy things done by riches, like conducting bachelor parties on ship, sex dance publically and marriage under Garden by the Bay. At the same time, it is suitable for those loves romance. Basically. It’s about two different views, a modern girl or American Asian chased her dream versus mother in law which prefers tradition or puts her family first. To get approval from her mother in law, Constance Wu faced difficulties, That’s the summary.

Annoying things in this movies are too much off kiss scenes, not too Asian, I guess. Finally, the hero should be replaced. He is not charming at all, there are many better handsome Asian actors out there. That’s all.

                This movie deserves 6.7 / 10 Moview Stars. Yes, of course you can watch it on theatre.

Along with the Gods : The Last 49 Days Review : Moview

Here Miss I prepared the Along with the Gods : The Last 49 Days Review. First let’s look at the characters, this Korean movie enlisted few top stars such as Ha Jung Woo, Ju Ji Hoon, Ma Dong Seok, Kim Hyang Gi, Kim Dong Wook and EXO D.O.

Characters

Ha Jung Woo is more into serious captain character so nothing much to talk about his characteristics, he just did it. On the other hand, Ju Ji Hoon is playing a funny character and a serious warrior as well. For the serious character,  Ju Ji Hoon did well because he is playing such characters for many films and dramas. We are looking it since Princess Hour. Miss I has the opinion that he needs some sort of improvement for his funny character but yet there is no flaws in acting. After all, he is a Korean actor. Kim Dong Wook brought his annoying character well and we don’t have to talk about superstar, Ma Dong Seok. We will just focus on Kim Hyang Gi, a rising star. This child actress has been grown up as a teenager. Her role is not that challenging, therefore she performed well. Exo D.O is playing a crazy man character, his role is not important. Maybe it is just a strategy to use D.O’s popularity to promote the movie. Overall, all the characters are excellent which made the movie amazing.

Plot

Now, let’s move on the plot. The story is all about fair punishment. Ha Jung Woo finds a justice for a guy (Kim Dong Wook) which faced injustice death, in between many ironical events occurred. It will be not fun if I tell the whole story, just watch on your own. Earlier, the plot was quite confusing but when it was developing, the plot was excellent. You don’t have to watch the first part to understand this movie. You will understand it but it will be crystal clear if you watch the first one.

Flaws

There is one dirty scene where Ma Dong Sok fell into poo. It supposed to be funny but its disgusted the audience. In a ship scene, Kim Dong Wook’s long speech which supposed to be funny annoyed the audience because he talked too much. So many scenes were funny but certain funny scenes faced failure. Finally, the hell journey was quite short which should be developed more for the adventurous feel.

Overall

An excellent movie, that needs to be watched personally at the theatre. 

This movies deserves 7.6/10 MISS I MOVIEW STARS.

Yong Hwa’s Kiss in “The Package” was ridiculous.

Our popular and handsome Yong Hwa’s controversy never ends. After stock scandal, he undergone a criticism where he attended an university admission’s interview at FNC Entertainment. This special treatment worries citizen about Korean Higher Education as many K-celebrities got their degree in an easy way. Today, Jung Yong Hwa will begin his compulsory military service.

Recently, Miss I received an email stating that how ridiculous the drama “The Package’ was because of Yong Hwa’s disgusting scene. Kissing scene for Lee Yeon Hee might be normal because the actress has done a lot of kissing scenes before. It is totally different for Yong Hwa because he is an actor with dignity until he acted this one drama.

The French kiss scene has changed good perception on Yong Hwa as an idol with high dignity and role model after the drama was released on 2017.

Previously, Miss I has highlighted this issue after Kim Soo Hyun’s sex scene in 'Real'. Kim Soo Hyun cried during his promo because of this erotic and nonsense movie and he lost his popularity after this one movie. Many citizens worried that Yong Hwa will face the same problem if he does not take care of his acting limit. The French kiss was totally nonsense.

The drama also does not reach any high rating and it totally depends on selling his ‘actor’s body’. Today, a lot of rape and molest case reported among idols. Idol should be treated as a human and not as a prosecute. Hope in future, FNC Entertainment and other company will take good care of their idols and make sure their dignity is preserved. Hindu Temple is a best place to treat politicians.

Happy Thaipusam to all Hindus...this post is related to this festival.

As far as we concern, Cameron Highlands is quite hot when it comes to the election. Currently, there is a dispute between two parties MIC and MYPPP because we are still not sure which party will be given a chance to compete in that district.

So, today Miss I had the opportunity to see both party representatives, Dato Sivarajjh, Mic Youth Chief and  Tan Sri Dato Seri M. Kayveas, President of MYPPP party attended the Thaipusam celebration at Sri Subramaniar Temple, Ringlet, Cameron Highlands.

Coming back to the title of the post, both politicians acted very humbly during the festival. They were not given any special care at the temple. They were treated equally just like other people that visited the temple.This is a good sign even though we know that politicians will always change into an angel when the general election is around the corner.

Anyway anyhow, Miss I is quite glad and would like to congratulate both politicians because they  have been a part of the people. Sivarajjh performed his prayers despite a huge crowd is there without any VIP special treatment and Kayveas queued up a long queue to take his meal. He doesn't use any power to take the food in an express way. Congratulations and thank you as well for the temple management because they did what they are supposed to do as the saying goes; In the temple, there is no one greater than the God.
