Basically, it is about situation at Malaysia right now.
During the Olympic time, the whole Malaysians eager for Gold but the Nation
just gain 3 silvers and 1 bronze. Last time, during the Paralympic, Mohammad Ridzuan
Mohammad Puzi won a Gold for Men’s 100m. Ironically, no one cheers for him and
no one getting excited. WE WON A GOLD! COME ON!
Negaraku (Malaysian National anthem) was played at DOHA, we
should be proud but Malaysians ignore it. Usually, the winner will be rewarded
huge cash and Prime Minister will announce a public holiday. Did Ridzuan get
the same respect?
When we are talking about equality, we should show some good
example. I hope Malaysia appreciates everyone. This only can be done by making
Ridzuan a hero just like other Olympic heroes.
